Our Soft Washing Process
- Surface check: We identify the siding type, condition, and warranty constraints. Hardie plank, vinyl, stucco, and cedar all require different solution strengths and dwell times — we don't run one recipe for everything.
- Solution application: We apply a low-pressure mix of biodegradable surfactants and algaecide that kills mildew, algae, and bacteria at the root rather than just blasting them off the surface.
- Dwell time: The solution sits on the surface long enough to break the bond between biological growth and the substrate. This is what makes the clean last 12 to 18 months instead of weeks.
- Low-pressure rinse: We rinse with pressure no higher than a garden hose. The chemistry does the cleaning, not the water force — that's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing.
