Welcome to Sunshine Cleaning Service. By accessing or using our website, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or otherwise engaging with our business, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Sunshine Cleaning Service provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning across the metro Atlanta area, including pressure washing, soft washing, roof soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, deck cleaning and staining, brick and masonry restoration, solar panel cleaning, exterior painting, and commercial pressure washing. We serve 22 metro Atlanta cities including Buckhead, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Milton, Johns Creek, Marietta, Roswell, and others.
2. Scheduling and quotes
Pricing displayed on our website represents typical ranges. Final pricing is determined after a site walkthrough and depends on property size, condition, accessibility, and add-ons. Quotes are valid for 7 days from issuance unless otherwise specified. Scheduled service times are estimates; actual arrival may vary based on weather, prior-job conditions, and crew availability.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are agreed in advance. We accept cards, checks, cash, Venmo, and ACH. Commercial accounts may qualify for net-30 invoice terms under written service agreements. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store credit card information on our servers.
4. Warranty and guarantee
- Roof soft wash warranty: All Sunshine roof soft wash services include a 3-year warranty against algae and moss re-growth. If treated roofs show visible algae or moss re-growth within 36 months of service, we will re-treat at no additional cost. Warranty applies only to standard residential asphalt shingle roofs treated using our ARMA-approved methodology.
- Workmanship guarantee: All other services are guaranteed against workmanship defects for 30 days. If issues are noticed within 30 days of service, contact us and we will return to address the issue at no charge.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage from weather events, vandalism, customer negligence, or pre-existing conditions disclosed before service.
5. Customer responsibilities
To complete service safely and effectively, customers agree to:
- Provide reasonable access to the property, including unlocking gates and disabling alarms as needed
- Remove or secure delicate landscaping, pets, vehicles, and outdoor items from the work area
- Disclose any known hazards, fragile substrates, or special conditions before service begins
- Allow access to a working water source (typically an exterior hose bib) and standard 120V electrical outlet if needed
- Be available for a brief walk-through before and after service, when possible
6. Cancellations and reschedules
Scheduled appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the appointment. Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) may incur a $50 fee to cover crew dispatch costs. Weather-related reschedules initiated by us are always free.
7. Liability and insurance
Sunshine Cleaning Service carries $1 million general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are responsible for direct damage caused by our negligence during the course of service. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed before service
- Damage to items that were not properly secured by the customer
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Issues arising from improper substrate conditions (rotted wood, failing caulk, loose siding, etc.) that pre-existed our visit
8. Website use
This website is provided for informational purposes. Content is the property of Sunshine Cleaning Service and may not be copied or republished without written permission. Our AI chat assistant (Sunny) provides general information; specific quotes and commitments require direct conversation with Mark or our team.
9. Disputes
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith communication. Unresolved disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and resolved in courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
