Our Window Cleaning Process

1. Frame and sill prep: We knock down cobwebs, wipe sills and frames, and remove debris from tracks before we touch the glass. Most streaks people complain about come from dirty frames, not dirty glass.
2. Screen removal and cleaning: We pull screens, clean them separately, and reinstall. Cleaning glass with dirty screens on it is one of the fastest ways to create new streaking on the first rain.
3. Glass cleaning: Interior glass is cleaned with squeegee technique and microfiber detailing. Exterior glass is cleaned with either traditional squeegee or water-fed pole with purified water, depending on access and height.
4. Detail pass: We detail edges, corners, and the lower frame line where most streaking shows up. The job isn't done until every pane is checked from inside and out.
