Our Pressure Washing Process

1. Surface assessment: We walk the property and identify the worst trouble spots — oil staining, algae patches, rust marks, clay buildup — then choose the right combination of pressure, temperature, and detergent for each surface.
2. Pre-treatment: We apply a biodegradable cleaning solution to algae, mildew, and organic staining and let it dwell. This kills growth at the root rather than just blowing it off the surface, which is what makes the clean last.
3. Surface cleaning: We use commercial rotary surface cleaners on flat concrete instead of fan-tip wands. The rotating heads distribute pressure evenly, which is what prevents the zebra-stripe wand marks you see on poorly-done driveways.
4. Detail and rinse: We hand-wand edges, expansion joints, garage thresholds, and corners that the surface cleaner can't reach, then do a low-pressure final rinse to flush detergent and lifted soil completely off the property.
