Our Solar Panel Cleaning Process

1. Output assessment: We review recent panel output if available — most solar monitoring apps will show whether output has declined. A dirty array often loses 15% or more of its production.
2. Inspection and prep: We inspect for cracked panels, loose wiring, or pest damage (rodents under panels are common in Georgia). Anything we find gets photographed and reported.
3. Purified-water cleaning: We clean with deionized water and soft-bristle water-fed poles — no chemicals, no abrasives, no scratching. Pure water dries spot-free, which is what allows maximum light transmission.
4. Final pass and verification: We verify each panel is fully clean and free of streaks before leaving. The whole point of solar panel cleaning is light transmission — anything left on the surface costs you energy.
