Our Commercial Pressure Washing Process

1. Site walk and scheduling: We walk the property, identify priority areas (gum hot spots, grease tracks, oil stains), and schedule the work to minimize impact on your customers — including overnight and weekend windows.
2. Hot-water surface cleaning: We use commercial hot-water rigs with rotary surface cleaners. Hot water plus the right detergent is what actually removes grease, gum, and biological staining — cold water alone smears it around.
3. Detail and gum work: We hand-detail the gum spots, curb lines, ADA ramps, and entryway thresholds that surface cleaners can't reach. This is where most commercial washes visibly fail when done by inexperienced crews.
4. Drain and rinse compliance: We rinse in line with local stormwater requirements, capturing wash water where required and routing properly to sanitary drains rather than storm inlets when needed.
