Sunshine Cleaning Service is recognized as the area experts in mold testing and remediation. We received certification training in 2001 from the top mold remediation firm in the U.S. and we later attended the Indoor Air Quality Technical Training Seminar at Texas Tech University (also in ʽ01) where we received Level I Certification. We have completed many mold remediation jobs... some having fairly minor contamination to some quite extensive. Many times we were performing the remediation work under the supervision of an Industrial Hygienist. Initially, they perform testing to determine the extent of the mold as well as the scope of the job. They outline in detail the cleaning to be done and under what conditions. After the remediation is completed... the Industrial Hygienist again conducts numerous tests to determine if the mold problem has been completely and properly resolved. If it doesn't pass their post remediation test... the remediation company does not receive "clearance" and is not paid! We're proud of the fact that we received "clearance" 100% of the time!
